We are looking for a tool and later for a production for the enclosed tank. The idea is to produce one single mold for the three parts we need: -bottom tank -upper tank -cover -The tank can be produced in blowmolding or in rotational molding process. The estimated amount we need in the first years are 2000 - 5000 peaces/year. -The tanks shall be strong enough to be used as water reservoir as indoor tanks. -We have little rewuirements concerning the UV stability because tha tanks are typically installed in the basements. -The material can be HDPE or other recommended material for such tanks, recycling material of coures is welcome, if the quality is guaranteed. -The estimated weight will be about 40 to 50 kg ? In the first step we need the prices for the blowmould or rotational mould. If you have production facilities we also need the part price for 500 peaces charges.
