Hi I was interested in getting some traffic lantern lenses and cases molded in plastic and would like to know if you could help me. The size of the lens is approximately 250mm diameter and the lenses needs to be UV stabilized and tinted to the the wavelength of the LED's we use. The lanterns need to be either green amber or red so we will need 3 different tints. The case which holds the circuit board and clips onto the lens should simply be made out of a durable black plastic. Is this something you can help us out with and if so what would be the costs of getting the dies done with some small production as well as the costs of large production say in quantities of 10,000 of each colour and 30,000 of the case which holds the PCB and covers the base of the lens. Sorry I don't have any CAD drawings as of yet we are still in basic design stage at the moment and would like to find a plastic injection molding company to work with first. Thanks for the help.
