I need to make flower pot molds for mass production for the followings.
Size: Top diameter is 28 cm, height is 30 cm.
Size: Top diameter is 9 cm, height is 7 cm.
In our market there are
Injection molding pot:
The weight of 9 cm pot form some suppliers is 14 grams with polypropylene materials,
Vacuum forming pot:
The same size of 9 cm pot weight is 5 grams so they can easily sell half price of polypropylene,
I need to compete both
Reducing the weight, increasing the cavities, highly automated to minimizing labors cost, using recycled materials, or any thing else?
Please comments on the following
Is it possible to reach 5 g by injection molding, to have the same quality of vacuum forming? Accuracy is needed for such question.
What is your mold cycle time?
How many mold cavities (need maximum) that we can run with 2 mold quotations one suitable for 200 ton another for is for 568 tons?
What price and shoot differences for different materials, like C45 and others such like IMPAX 718S, IMPAX 718H and so on?
Inform the steel type of the mold and mold base, mentioning website of your supplier?
Can you arrange for full automatic production?
What is your spare parts standard?
What is your mold size LXWXH and weight?
What is your hot runner trademark and specifications?
Who are your references in Saudi or neighboring countries?
