At the time I have an order for 2 moulds for making plastic crates :

Crate size (535x360x215mm),without oil pistons or hot runner but as per attached video , and photos for the mould we need.( mechanical way for long life of the mould and easy maintenance for us), material for cavity , slider and insert material is P20 German origin or Taiwan origin. and the other parts is S50C hardened and heated. P20 certificate needed to assure qlty.
