I need formal qouation that must include, steel / iron grade, mold hardness, mold life, lead time, C&F by sea to Karachi--Pakistan, Test samples for approval sent to our office in pakistan , Machine requirement for manufacturing these mats etc. All 3 molds should have an air ejection system for fast and auto production. Mat thickness for Front and rear Mar 3.25mm, and middle mat 2.80mm Sizes are as under:- Item Length X Width Front Mat 680mm x 495mm weight 725 g (excluding runner and injection sprue) Rear Mat 465 x 490mm weight 425 g (excluding runner and injection sprue) Middle Mat 530 x 220mm weight 175 g (excluding runner and injection sprue) (with two cavities for fast production) Note: Weight of the PVC Mat should not exceed the above mentioned.
