General Information
CPVC is a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin obtained by the addition of chlorine to base PVC resin. It is characterized by heat resistance which has been improved by 20 to 40°C without harming PVC's physical and chemical properties. CPVC can be used in applications under high temperatures, where general purpose PVC would soften, rendering it useless. In addition, there are other outstanding properties including chemical and corrosion resistance, excellent flame resistance, low smoke generation etc, higher mechanical strength, better electrical property etc.
Application
ED-Z500 is generally applied for injection processing.
It is widely used to produce pipe fittings for hot waters &corrosive fluids, profiles, electrical parts, transparent and opaque sheets etc in mining, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, steel, mechatronic, foods, medicine, wastewater treatment systems, environmental protection, municipal, light & textile Industry, power & energy, fire protection and water supply.
