Clamping Positioning Check Device This mechanism detects the clamping position with accuracy of 0.1mm. Automatic Lubrication The toggle linkage is automatically lubricated while the machine operates. The oil supplied to each toggle pin is collected in a pump for recirculation. If the oil fails to flow into the pipes, a buzzer sounds. Mould Protection The pressure is minimized until the mould faces touch, then increased to lock up the mould after confirming that there is no object between the mould faces. If any object is detected the pressure stays low and a buzzer sounds. Switchover Time Check He switching time from primary to secondary injection is checked and an alarm is generated if the time exceeds the upper and lower limits. The function effectively evaluates moldings in place of conventional actual injection alarms. Optical Potentiometer Device Injection speed and pressure can be each controlled in four stages by program. The position for switch speed can be set digtally in step of 0.1mm by detecting the screw position with the potentiometer. Electronic Controls The microprocessor-based controller is used to improve machine accuracy. The controller also incorporates a diagnostic system to enable quick troubleshooting. Energy-Saving Hydraulicsn The hydraulic system is designed so that the pressure on the pump matches the pressure required by the machine. Energy is saved whenever the maximum capacity of the machine is not required. (Optional accessory) Adjusting of Automatic Mould-clamping Strength In case of replacing the mould, just press the "automatic mould adjusting" position according to the thinkness of the mould and adjust proper clamping strength, which will save the time of erecting mould.
