2. Injection unit
- Twin carriage cylinders ensures even stress and improved injection precision. (Standard feature for K90VT~ K200VT, optional feature for above K260VT)

- Both PID and Percentage control are available for nozzle temperature control
- 5 stage injection, 3 stage hold pressure, 3 stage melting control to meet the requirement of different products.

3. Power system
- Fast speed: Adoption high response and fast speed YUKEN variable displacement pump( imported from Japan), output capacity is 15%~20% bigger than traditional fixed displacement pump driven by the motor with same capacity.
- Power saving: Power consumption is 25%~70% less than traditional fixed displacement pump.
- Environment-friendly: Water of hydraulic oil cooling is 40% ~ 60% of traditional fixed displacement pump because there isn't heating of overflow.
- Reliable: Prolonged life time of sealing components because of lowered oil temperature, and special designed oil purge system make sure the long term and reliable working for hydraulic system.
- Low noise: good design of hydraulic control, high integration level, less pressure loss and uniquedesign to reduce noise successfully and make sure machine running under quiet and stable condition.
