DongFeng Motor Die&Mould Co.,Ltd is a large and specialized one, which is with indepentent legal personality and roots in Dongfeng Motor Corporation and serves the customers home and abroad.It has 840 staffs,172 engineers,the production area 31 thousand sq.meters,die tryout presses 23,CNC machining and checking machines 38,we have 45 CAD workstations and 20 CAM Workstation fixed assets 150 million RMB.Our leading products are cold die,auto master mould,checking jig,auto components,annual output is over 1200 dies and output value is over 100 million RMB.Since the founding of our plant,we've manufactured more than 20000 dies for DFM's new products and auto production as well as 3000 dies for over 10 companies such as Shanghai VW,GM,Jiangxi Isuzu and Chongqing Isuzu,Sichuan Toyota and Changhe automobile etc.Since 1979,we've exported over 40 dies for Japan and America .In both International Die & mould Exhibitions,We won the prize many times. In October 1998 our plant was approved by Beijing ISO9001 Certification Center for Quality System,In January and february 2002,we obtained Qs9000 certificate of products quality system and ISO14001 certificate of enviornment protection system.
