Introduction to the Air-swept Coal Mill
The air-swept coal mill is used for grinding and drying all kinds of coals with different degrees of hardness and it mainly consists of the feeding device, the main bearing, the rotary body, the transmission device, the feed port and the discharge port, high voltage starting device and the lubrication system. Widely used in cement, building materials, coal-fired power generation, metallurgy and chemical industry, the air-wept coal mill is the ideal equipment due to its reasonable structure and high grinding efficiency.
Working Principle
This mill is an edge driving system. It is driven by the electromotor through auxiliary support of the speed reducer and different sizes of gears.The grinding machine adopts the air-swept type with drying silos, making the grinding machine more adaptable to the moisture hidden in the crude coal.The combined configuration of the ladder lining board, the double-ladder lining board,
corrugated lining board respectively improves the grinding capacity. The feeding device adopts shutter structure in the form of oblique inlet flow, strengthening the heat transfer ability and effectively preventing the feed port plugging . The crude coal gets into the feed port. Meanwhile, the hot air with the temperature of 300 ℃ goes to the same device. The special spread boards in the drying silo lift the coal and through heat exchange, the coal is dried. Then the coal gets into the grinding silo, which is equipped with the grinding medium( steel balls)by the double-deck partition panel. The coal lumps are then crushed into powders. At the same time, the powders will be carried out by the special induced draft fan. The more coarse particles will be withdrawn to the grinding silo for further crushing.
